| Nancy has served as Christian Education Director at First UMC since 2004. She holds a BA in Theatre and an MA in Communications – Performance Studies. Prior to coming to First UMC, she taught Theatre, Communication, and English courses at University of Michigan – Flint and St. Clair County Community College. Nancy is married with 2 children and 4 grandchildren. |

Sylvia is a Michigan State University graduate and has been the Director of Music at First UMC since 1983. Her life and work has always been focused towards music. Before becoming our Director of Music, Sylvia directed choirs at various churches, taught piano lessons, in addition to teaching elementary music in the Port Huron Area School District until her retirement. She enjoys spending as much time as possible with her children and grandchildren. |

| Debbie has a long-time relationship with FUMC. She has been a member since 1998 and has spent those years volunteering in all areas. She currently plays handbells with the Bells of Praise and thoroughly enjoys it. Debbie joined our staff on August 4, 2008. Her prior experience includes starting a golf car/Uhaul business with her husband and working side by side with him for the last 11 years. Debbie and her husband, Mike, have been blessed with three beautiful children, Evan, Corey and Annie. | |

| Eileen joined our staff in December, 2009. Prior to coming to FUMC, Eileen worked at Citizens First Savings Bank for 23 years in the accounting and operations departments. She has been married for 24 years to husband, Fred. They have two children, Sarah and Joshua. Eileen enjoys reading, quilting, scrapbooking and spending time with family. | |

| Becoming an addition to the staff May 2011, Stephanie is excited to form a relationship with the teens and help them grow in their relationship with God. She has been a youth group leader for 4 years at Romeo UMC and is currently attending classes at Macomb Community College with a major in Emergency Services. | |
